The Heart of the Home: The Kitchen

We gave special attention to the kitchen—because let’s face it, it’s where everyone ends up gathering. Top-of-the-line appliances? Check. Smart, abundant storage? Absolutely. And to make it pop, we introduced bold blue accents that bring energy and personality into the space.

The focal point is clearly the 40 sq ft kitchen island. We kept it wide open and clear (no sink) to make this an inviting space for hosting guests or preparing a large meal. Hidden under the countertop we also installed a double french door wine cooler and more storage for entertaining essentials like serving platters, extra glassware, and small appliances. The seamless design keeps the kitchen clutter-free while making everything you need easily accessible when you're hosting or cooking for a crowd.

Modern Touches Throughout

Consistency in design is key. Throughout the home, black fixtures and window frames provide contrast and give the space a modern, cohesive feel. These choices elevate the architecture, create focal points, and pull all the design elements together.

Every room was thoughtfully designed, but the primary suite truly stands out. With moody blue paint, a spacious walk-in closet, and direct access to the backyard, it feels like a private retreat. We carried the same modern aesthetic into the ensuite bathroom, where matte black finishes, a vanity, and a walk-in shower with striking tile work continue the home's bold yet refined design language.

And of course, no master bedroom is complete without a swanky 6 ft by 10 ft walk-in closet.

Curb Appeal and Outdoor Living

And of course, we didn't forget the exterior.

The front yard got a major privacy upgrade with mature ficus trees, and we gave the backyard pool a full refresh. We installed new tile, plaster, and equipment in the pool to get it fully functioning and looking brand new. Artificial turf was added for a low-maintenance, green yard year-round. A 4-foot vinyl fence combined with the ficus trees creates a lush, secluded feel without sacrificing curb appeal. And to top it all off—literally—we added solar panels to the main house to boost energy efficiency and long-term value.
